There is a spa bath in the master ensuite, it fits two people comfortably and is a great way to relax and unwind.
As Bribie Island’s water pressure is far from exciting, it takes a looooooong time to fill the spa bath. There’s not much we can do about this, so if you plan to use the spa, please plan ahead by about 35-45 minutes.
The spa’s operation is simple, just fill it with water (might want a wine or two to start the unwinding process as it fills). Once filled past the height of the jets, you can jump in and turn on the pump by pressing the button on the side. After this is done you can adjust the water/bubble mix by screwing the cap next to the power button in (less air) or out (more air).
Please avoid using the higher air settings with any kind of soap in the bath as this can lead to some interesting predicaments. (Ever seen Mr Mom?) Also make sure you place a bath mat outside the spa before getting in as the tiles can be a little slippery when wet.
If you have mobility issues, please do not use the spa without assistance at hand.
