Dugong Crescent is located in a residential area, and we have neighbours on both sides, as well as across the canal.

All of the normal regulations regarding excessive noise apply to this property, as do those involving indecent or dangerous behaviour and antisocial conduct. If you could keep noise to a minimum when outdoors after 10PM we’ll be able to ensure we can keep offering our home to holiday makers.

We the property owners reserve the right to terminate your tenancy if we receive any REASONABLE complaint from a neighbour, or from the police, regarding your conduct while staying.

Unless you have previously arranged in writing with us, you are not to exceed the number of guests allocated during your booking at any time. However, we are quite flexible, and as long as you respect the locals, and behave in a civil manner, we don’t mind if you want to have friends over for a romp in the pool or a BBQ by the canal, but please let us know of your intention to do this before booking.

Also worth noting is that sound travels excessively well over water, so any sound on the patio, pontoon or pool areas travels across the canal to our on-water neighbours. Please bear this in mind at night. Also, we ask that you please keep profanity and unnecessary vulgar language to a minimum while outdoors.

As a guest in our family holiday home, you are responsible for any damage done to the property or fittings, or any lost property. There are some locked cupboards in the house which are for storing our personal belongings. Most of these are individually alarmed and will alert us if tampered with. Please respect our little slice of paradise while you are there, as we have a family who loves the escape it offers us as well.
